The Brown Church’s Famous Apple Crisp Pan
The Apple Crisp is a “half-pan” – half of a full size buffet steam table pan (10″ x 12″ x 2-1/2″ deep). Please note this is larger than the pans we have sold the previous two years, which were 7″ x 10″. These pans are the size we serve from at the fair. We yield 10 “Fair Sized” servings per pan. You should yield more using typical dessert sized servings.
The crisp is fully cooked ready for you to reheat at home for your loved ones.
Makes a great Thanksgiving dessert! It’s also great for breakfast or dessert anytime.
Thawing and baking instructions are provided with each pan.
